Green Engineering is a design and manufacturing company, specialising in turnkey solutions from conceptualisation, design, simulation, manufacture and installation of jigs, fixtures, automation and custom built machinery. Using the latest technology in 3D Design, CNC machining and CMM measuring therefore ensuring the quality standards and efficient production for our clients.

Project Management

We at H.B. Green Engineering offer complete project management and coordination with weekly updates, illustrated layouts and current manufacturing progress feedback to increase project co – ordination with our clients.

Through this we gain better efficiency in service delivery, better flexibility, increased risk assessment and improved/increased customer satisfaction.

Design

H.B. Green engineering’s design process has been streamlined following the introduction of the 3D parametric mechanical design software Autodesk Inventor.

Our design team is able to digitally prototype to create and evaluate a complete project before materials are purchased. We accelerate the design process by automating common tasks, enabling engineers to focus on design and simulate products without having to create physical prototypes.

Our software includes fully licensed Autodesk Inventor CAD design and Inventor Cam CNC machining software.

H.B. Green Engineering provides unparalleled precision in all aspects of manufacturing. Our work force is highly skilled which enables us to undertake any project regardless of it’s complexity. We continuously evaluate our facilities and train our workforce to be the leaders in our field of work.

6 x Conventional Milling Machines, with 3-axis DRO.
1 x 4m bed tipe Milling Machine.
5 x Conventional Lathes fitted with DRO’s.
